Ensemble Excellence, a podcast

It was inevitable. Some day I was going to figure out how to broadcast my ramblings far and wide. And while gifted or cursed with a jumbo-sized ego, I couldn’t fathom just recording myself prattling on. So I had to find a partner - and I did!

Robert Snyder runs Innovation Elegance, a consulting practice that proposes that we solve people-problems with a people-centric methodogy, not a software-centric methodology. He and I share a conviction that the performing arts offer ways of playing and working that can have a transformational impact on business culture, strategy, and leadership.

For episode one, we invited Rijon Erickson to come and talk about how to make business more like making music, and we fell down some rabbit holes along the way.

Check it out!

Ben and Robert welcome Rijon (pronouned "Ryan") Erickson of YouTube fame "Riffing with Rijon". Have a listen as we explore how business can be more like making music, what purple squirrels are, and debate agile waterfalls!
